Bonus Activity: This activity will help you tune into your empowered beliefs when you are not able to connect to them. This will help with the activity from week 5, as well as any blocks that come up from the meditation above.

- Think of those who you love most (for example your daughter). What proof do you have that this empowering belief is true for them? (Example: “I know my daughter matters because...”, "I know my daughter deserves love without having to do anything in exchange to deserve it because... " Think of as much proof for the belief that your loved ones matter.
- Where do you feel your empowering belief in your life? Write down as many examples as you can think of.
- How can you create more places in your life where you feel like your empowering belief is true? Write down as many examples as possible. If you believed your empowering belief, how would you show up to life differently? What would you do? Where would you go? How would you spend your time?
