Before we can get to where we want to go, we need to know where we're starting from.
This week is about taking an inventory of what's going well, and what's not going well in our lives as stepmoms and women who take care of others. I'll also introduce you to some core concepts of mindfulness, action versus reaction, and why we may react the way we do. This first week involves a look at the surface of what's happening, then in week 2 we will go deeper below the surface and figure out why you react the way you do.
