Meditation for Relaxation
This meditation is designed to help you wind down, let go of the events of the day so that you can rest and restore.
We’re living in a time of uncertainty, and you may feel like you’re staring into the unknown… but when you think about it, the future is always unknown and uncertain. We never really know what lies ahead, we just chose to believe it will be okay and feel safe and secure.
And that’s what this meditation will help you sink into, the feeling of security and safety in this moment, despite what's going on around you and what lies ahead, you can always choose to relax into the present moment.
