90 day premium coaching package includes 12 one-on-one coaching sessions with Anna de Acosta over the span of 90 days. Email support in between. The content of the sessions is customized to meet your individual needs and includes activities to practice at home in between sessions. Sessions occur via Zoom.
All 12 sessions must be used by 4 months. Payment plans available as needed, please inquire.
Includes 6 months of access to support group (we meet 2x a month, recordings are available).
