I’m running a live 3 hour workshop where we’ll go through the 5 step process I use to work through a trigger.
Once you learn the steps, you can use this DIY, self-help formula repeatedly to show up as your best self to all the parts of your life – work, family, relationships etc.
The workshop is ideal for people new to this work, as well as those who have already done it but need a refresher (we all do from time to time, even me!).
